7. How will you know when you are successful?
I know some of you may be feeling skeptical, but I promise you that if you do this exercise, you will get the real answer to “why should I start dieting” and your success rate will skyrocket.
You can then take steps to improve your life for the right reasons and you can replace the negative associations from question 1 with positive associations from question 5.
Remember as you go through your weight loss program, keep focused on what you really want and remember how bad you will feel if you fail to lose weight this time, this will help to keep you motivated.
Don’t beat yourself up if you fall off the wagon, find out what caused you to stop, then get back on your diet and move forward!
