Angela is my wife and this site I put up to help her and others that might be struggling with weight control. Angela has had trouble with weight throughout her life, but it was after our second child that she had the most. Children take a lot out of a person, and Angela is no different. Near the baby’s 1st birthday Angela was finally able to get on a regular workout routine, if only once a week. She joined Tae Kwon Do with the older boys and me. It is a tough workout, but she handles it well. I think she likes it. She also began to eat healthier again. I am not talking about the actual food, but the amounts, and the time between meals. Angela had been trying to eat only 2 big meals a day, which is NOT good for weight loss. So Angela was now eating a few smaller meals and a couple of snacks, but still the weight was not coming off.
